Recipe: Cheesy Garlic Chicken Breasts


(This is a #LCHF Low Carb, High Fat dish)


  • X Chicken Breasts, bashed flat
  • Mixed herbs
  • Oregano
  • Garlic paste
  • Olive Oil
  • Paprika
  • Freshly ground black pepper
  • Mixed Mature Cheddar and Mozzarella cheese to top


Bash flat the chicken breasts by placing the chicken in a plastic food bag, then repeatedly hitting with a rolling pin (Stress management).

Brush both sides of the breasts with Olive oil, then garlic paste.

Liberally sprinkle the Mixed Herbs and Oregano over both sides, finishing off with a shake of Paprika, again on both sides.

Grill on a medium low setting for around 7 minutes a side.

Top with the cheese, plus a little ground pepper, and place back under the grill on a medium high setting until the cheese bubbles and turns brown.
